Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or via an agreed alternative.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
